I am Lisa, the owner/founder of Butter & Batter Cookie Bar. After leaving a long career, I took time to be home with family, and in that process, I found baking to be therapeutic and provide me with a creative outlet I needed. I started Butter & Batter in Spring of 2019 as I have always had a love for being in the kitchen and baking. Baking for others brings me a deep sense of joy and peace. With the support and encouragement of my family and friends, I embarked upon this journey and I am proud of all I have accomplished as a woman-owned bakery business. I have amazing support from my husband and children and you will often find my husband, Nick, helping me out and side-by-side in the kitchen with me.
